"I stopped into the Stephanie Lempesis State Farm office a couple of months ago in search of acquiring new insurance for not only myself, but also for my disabled mother in reference to her current auto and homeowners' insurance policies. From the initial friendly encounter of the front office staff, the cleanliness of the front office and waiting area, the relaxed and comfortable, yet organized atmosphere, I felt the professionalism visibly displayed. The agent that welcomed me and assisted me, Maranda Woodle, was that day, and has consistently been since, nothing short of exceptional. She sat patiently at her desk, giving me her full attention, and listened to the reasons for my stopping by that office and what my desired plans were. After answering her related questions to me, she showed me several options for myself, and then separately for my mother. Those options turned out to be much better suited, both in coverage and financially, for myself as well as my mother, as we both have individual and combined coverages for various reasons. Maranda was/is extremely informed, capable, knowledgeable, and professional in reference to her profession, and her personal character traits of patience, kindness, friendliness, caring, understanding, helpfulness, and compassion have made my entire experience with this State Farm office a true blessing. Maranda is very proficient and punctual, and her attention to detail is highly impressive. She always returns my calls within a very reasonable and acceptable time frame and is readily available within the office much more often than not. Maranda, as well as the entire staff at this office, has instilled within me a solid confidence that I have the right coverage, at the right price, with the right people, with the right agency.
